We are expecting!

The next adventure for us starts in October 2023! After Wade and I being married for 8 years, we are excited to finally become parents. I’m currently 22 weeks with baby being very healthy so far.

These photos are very near and dear to our hearts. Not only because it’s the announcement of our baby, but also we took them ourselves (with the help of Wade’s sister who was our human tripod). I can’t wait to show our baby these photos and tell her we took them!

Our baby girl will be named Brielle Skye Williams! 🎀

Brielle means “God is my strength”.
Skye means “the heavens”.

The name has significance beyond the meaning. An album came out called ‘An Airplane Carried Me To Bed’ by “Sky Sailing” on Wade’s birthday (7/27) in 2010. Sky Sailing is essentially Owl City, but just acoustic. There is single from the album called “Brielle” and ever since he heard that name and heard the song, he knew his future daughter would be named that. It’s just so elegant and beautiful. When he shared the name with me in 2013, I fell in love and we had Brielle locked in if we ever had a girl.

The middle name “Skye” just made sense and flowed really well. We also liked it because the artist name is “Sky Sailing” so it fit. But we already had Skye picked out anyways, so it was just a happy coincidence.

We can’t wait to meet our Brielle!
